Weird Fiction Review End-Of-Year Booklist

The good people at The Weird Fiction Review have compiled their list of the best reads for 2015 and I’m delighted that Skein and Bone has made the cut. There are some pretty amazing books on the list, put forward by regular contributors and writers, such as Lincoln Michel, Usaman T Malik, Helen Marshall, Marian Womack, Haralambi Markov and many more. Thanks to their recommendations, Andrew Hurley’s The Loney, Paul Temblay’s Head Full of Ghosts, Gemma Files’ Experimental Film and Emily Carroll’s Through the Woods are now all on my Christmas wish-list! Thanks to Christopher Burke for recommending my book and for singing the praises of Undertow Books – a publishing house I’m so pleased to be associated with – who are publishing some of the best voices of weird fiction: Aickman’s Heirs, These Last Embers, Year’s Best Weird Fiction Volume 2.
